Terms and Conditions for Vets on Wheels
1. Services Provided
Vets on Wheels offers a range of mobile veterinary services, including:

Consultations, wellness checks, vaccinations, and parasite protection.

Surgical procedures conducted in a safe and professional environment.

Out-of-hours care for emergencies within our operational capacity.
For complex cases requiring hospitalization or advanced diagnostics, we will facilitate referrals to specialized facilities.
2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must be over 18 years old to book services.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s medical history.

Ensure a safe and accessible environment for home visits and mobile procedures.

3. Payments and Fees
-
Partial Payment Requirement: A partial payment covering the consultation and home visit is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.

Remaining balances for additional procedures or services are due at the time of the appointment.

A deposit may be required for surgeries or advanced procedures.
-
Any outstanding balance must be cleared within 7 days to avoid late fees.

Refunds are not available for services already provided.

4. Prescriptions and Medications

Prescriptions are issued only after a physical examination of your pet.

Repeat prescriptions require periodic reassessments to ensure continued suitability.

Medications must be paid for in advance and can be collected during appointments or delivered to your home.

5. Emergencies and Out-of-Hours Services

Vets on Wheels provides limited out-of-hours emergency care. Clients will be advised on availability when contacting us.

For cases beyond our capacity or requiring hospitalization, we will promptly refer you to a partnered emergency or specialist facility.

6. Referrals

For advanced diagnostics, complex surgeries, or prolonged hospitalization, we will facilitate referrals to trusted veterinary specialists. Our team will coordinate with the referral practice to ensure continuity of care.

7. Registered Veterinary Clinic

Vets on Wheels is a registered clinic with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), ensuring all services meet the highest standards of veterinary care and professionalism.
