Your pet will need an Animal Health Certificate issued by a veterinarian.
The certificate is valid for:
10 days for entry into the EU.
Up to 4 months for onward travel within the EU or returning to the UK.

2. Microchipping
Your pet must be microchipped. The microchip must be ISO-compliant (15-digit), or you’ll need a compatible scanner.

A valid rabies vaccination is mandatory. Your pet must be vaccinated at least 21 days before travel.

4. Tapeworm Treatment (for Dogs Only)
Dogs traveling to certain countries (e.g., Finland, Norway, Ireland, Malta) require tapeworm treatment administered by a vet 1–5 days before arrival.
We can administer and record this treatment as part of our pre-travel services.
5. Approved Routes
Pets can only travel via approved routes with authorized transport companies. Ensure you book your travel accordingly.
